With a background spanning transaction management, marketing, and new construction sales, Felicia brings a rare combination of operational expertise and personalized service to every transaction. She is especially skilled at helping clients navigate complex processes with confidence while ensuring every detail — from pricing strategy and staging to marketing and closing — is executed at a high level.

Prior to transitioning fully into residential sales, Felicia spent nearly a decade working alongside builders and developers in California’s Wine Country as Director of New Homes, overseeing projects from branding and marketing through sales and completion. That experience sharpened her understanding of construction, project management, negotiations, and client care, giving her clients a distinct advantage in today’s market.

Felicia’s marketing approach combines professional photography, video, thoughtful presentation, and digital strategy to maximize exposure and create meaningful buyer engagement. Known for her calm professionalism and strong work ethic, she prioritizes creating an experience where clients feel informed, supported, and genuinely advocated for, throughout the process.

Now based in the Pacific Northwest, Felicia enjoys embracing the active lifestyle the region offers alongside her boyfriend and their chocolate lab, Canyon. Outside of real estate, she enjoys paddleboarding, boating, hiking, golf, pickleball, wine tasting, and exploring new restaurants throughout the region.
